We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Whip City Candle
purchases.
If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item,
Whip City Candle will gladly accept the item and exchange
the item for an undamaged one. We are not responsible for,
and will not exchange products if the product has been used
improperly or has been damaged while in transit.
If you wish to return a non-defective item you will be charged
a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost
of shipping the order back to us. |
